Up to what size? Many have nice designs but like divers they are just too giganda. Does anyone other than Foo need a 47mm case?

Been looking for an <$100 watch that was a little larger than the Seiko military 37mm. Found this at Costco today for $130. What do you guys think?

I liked it because it was 40mm and reminded of my dearly departed IWC Porto Chrono. The honey leather is a nice shade as well.
