No, it's pretty much pussy behavior. We had a dude come waving a knife all insane like in our dorm back in college and we all just jumped on him and took the knife away. He tried to grab it back by the blade and cut off all the fingers on one hand. Phenomenal amount of blood. Turns out he was looney and had been kicked out of school, was during his week he was allotted to vacate.
 
I could care less about most Brazilians, Colombians and Venezuelans by quality of people are better than the rest of SA and of course the rest of Hispano America.

It's a prison. I assure you. Do some research on 3rd world prisons, especially S America, they all wear street clothes. Families send money and clothes to support them. The corruption inside is mind blowing. Yes, they all wield machetes, and the guards basically guard the gates and give a fuck all about what goes on inside. There are countless stories of how unbelievably horrid Brazilian prisons are. The country is a complete sewer, unable to govern itself, and probably would have been better off letting the Portuguese govern them because they are incapable.
