From the tight appearance across the fronts I'm sure the tailor must have written "mp" (molto piccolo) on his trousers.
If his penis was even remotely bigger than half a thumb it would be squashed. And that already while standing.
These trousers cannot be comfortable when sitting down because there is hardly any stride in them.
When trousers sit that tight and clean around the butt it means that there is not enough length to make a proper stride.
Comfortable trousers have a little more ease and length/ angle in the seat seam.

Thank you for the suit science. Multiple people on his blog said the same, but he insists they aren't too tight. The pockets are gaping because it's cotton ololol

It's quite hard to make a nice pair of trousers for him, he's got quite an S shape, belly and butt sticking out:

You can clearly see the pull at the bottom of the pockets. There are also indications of a too narrow crotch, like the whiskers under the fly:
