just renewed the forum hosting for another year

our funds are dwindling in the reserves. Registered we've got a lot of new members here recently. if you guys can chip in anything, as little as $5, it helps. more is definitely better though!

thanks for the reminder and yes, I'll think at least about it. beforehand, I probably need more routine with the forums navigation. I hardly find the threads I want, though. obviously, not familiar with the algorithm, if there is any, yet. actually glad, that the mindless attacks at my reentry sstopped. the old bs is buried, I don't need to understand. will never accept it, but can live with it, nvm.

Gentlemen its time to beg for another round of donations. Xenforo (our forum software) just released a big upgrade. Unfortunately, all the developers of our addons are requiring more money to keep up with the changes, so an influx of capitol is required. If you can spare any money it would be very welcome. I'd love to get our forum designer to look at giving the site a paint job but that is going to take some cash.

I know things are tight everywhere now but try and realize that we run absolutely NO ads on this forum. Think of what an absolute shithole StyleForum has become because of the constant promos and ads and spam and bullshit.

With the update there's a new default feature in the software to be able to choose a light or dark theme, but the developers moved it to a different spot. I made a few screenshots below to show where its at and how to change it:



This is the default 'light' theme. You'll notice the icon next to the alerts button. If you click this you'll get a popup modal allowing you to select a light or dark variation:



When you select 'dark' this is what shows up:



Its much more fluid and comprehensive than the previous iterations of the 'dark' theme. Plus, you can change it in real time without adjusting anything on your screen.
