I was a bit confused by the story. The Indians are now the virtual checkout 'software' by looking through the video camera software? Or training the system and quality assurance is done in India?

There was a similar story on NBC where Wendy's drive through is handled by artificial intelligence.
 

I remember when Campbell's was wondering what would bring people back to their soups. Apparently you just wait for a shift in the economy and people will just come back to you.

If you need to pay in installments for your takeaway, should you really be buying it?
