I'm of the opinion that maybe a self-concious puffy-lipped woman could avoid wearing tight pants, but maybe this crotch trampoline isn't as ridiculous as it sounds.

I still have a hard problem understand the idea of transsexua/transgender not classified as a psychiatric ailment. The world of reconstructive surgery cannot change the underlying of the biological fact of genotypic assignment.
 
The APA gave in to persistent harassment by the homosexualist lobby in the early 70s and declassified that disorder, and thus politics overcame science. I guess the medical butchers can extract cash faster via surgery than the shrinks can by medication and proper psychiatric treatment?
