What's Making You Happy Today?

I love when someone famous on Tumblr reblogs one of my pics and from one moment to other the pics has a lot of notes. :mercury:

MFDoom,: Mrs. Doom has been farting non-stop for every day of our 15 years.

Is that what first attracted her to you?

Nope, it was her tits and her smile. And her willingness to talk to me. That was kind of big, most women aren't so adventurous.

I had afternoon tea for two days straight at a boutique hotel and then yesterday at Shangri La. I can quite get used to having scones and finger sandwiches late afternoon.

The amount of Earl Grey I've had even took the drinking down a few notches.

My total agreement with this:
Our fathers and forefathers didn’t fight great wars so that douchey attention seeking dudes could make public spectacle marriage proposals to their shocked girlfriends. It started with people interrupting parties for their big announcements, then ruining sporting events with Bruno Mars music, and finally creating flash mob dance videos with their friends who were too polite to say, ‘Dude, just how gay are you?’...A little tip for the ladies, if your man loves the idea of a big audience watching him propose, he’s not doing it for you. And if he does it to choreographed song and dance, not only will he be narcissistically dominating your unhappy marriage someday soon, he’ll probably be doing so while wearing your panties... You don’t want the Dancing Attention Clown when the hurricane rips up the coastline, your power is out, and the kids are screaming in fright. You want the guy who was hesitant to get married. He’s the thinker.

more "fuck you" than "happy".... was in a convenience store late tuesday night buying beer with my friend. out here we pay cash most of the time except for big purchases so I paid the lady cash and was waiting for my change which would be around 10.50 lady then tells me in the typical passive aggressive manner that people here do that she's out of 0.50 cents and if its okay (meaning if it's okay she doesn't give me my 0.50 cent change). I stared at her blankly and just said, "it's okay if you just give me 1.00" which she did. fuck you greedy convenience store management for not providing enough small change!

That's a dirty trick. You did the right thing.

After the last staff accountant quit, I landed a new one: more capable, less baggage, less $. yeah.

After having a dozen or more scotches last night to make up for staying in Wednesday and Thursday, I got up and did my laundry and ironing of dress shirts then cleaned up to go to lunch with my parents (mouthwash & cologne). Just finished catching up on sleep and reading the paper. The night is young again apparently.

Although it seemed a little overpriced, I got my AE shoes back after new soles and heels. My feet are sliding across carpet now but I feel happy.

No just a random cobbler. Just walking into the floor of my copier room scuffed it a little. Oh well. I'm not going home tonight so it will remain tree-less at my desk. I'm thinking of doing my other AE shoes or even my Church's.

I finally bought a Cards Against Humanity set. I know that I have no one to play it with, but that didn't stop me from buying Settlers of Catan or Carrascone either, neither of which I've even taken out of the box yet.

Got to work at 930. Went to a Euro style cafe for expensive coffee 10-11 with Brubeck in the background to talk with a mate of mine from a competitor. Spoke to my direct and left to drop something at my flat at 12 and then went to a hotel watering hole bar for lunch till 1:40. Three stolis and some finger sandwiches. Did one conference call 2-3 and cleaned up my inbox. Hitting a hipster bar at 4, then happy hour. God I am useless.

Speaking of leather conditioners I left one pair of shoes at my parent's place and my mother thought the leather conditioner for her sofa worked well on my shoes.

I got to shovel wet snow today! Yes I exercised!

More to the point, I spent 45 minutes doing cardio. 300 calories!

My Nexus card apparently lets me use Global Entry although I completely forget when I donated my fingerprints to US customs. With Nexus I also bypassed the security queue at the airport and they said to me I didn't need to take off shoes, take out electronics or plastic bag if liquids. I then used the last of my airline status for free scotch in the lounge. I got on the plane and the stewardess didn't even look at my boarding pass.

Thank you for teaching me to dress properly because a sharp suit, tie and square gets you through most days with ease.

Just revisiting my Greco-Roman studies on the weekend and happened to come across the texts on Alexander the Great; play hard, work hard type. Drinks to the excess. At least some of those parts remind me of me.
