Air Travel - I'd Rather Go By Car

"The incident took place on 26 November in the business class cabin of a New York-Delhi flight. The accused Shankar Mishra was allegedly drunk when he apparently urinated on one of his co-passengers, a 72-year-old woman.

'My clothes, shoes and bag were completely soaked in urine,' the woman wrote in her complaint to Mr Chandrasekaran the next day.

The woman said she asked the crew for a change of seat, but was told that nothing was available and was instead offered a small seat used by staff. She alleged that the crew also brought the man to her - against her wishes - so he could apologise."

....uhhh...oookay. Don't they usually have dedicated business class washrooms?

Someone on the plane that crashed in Nepal today was live-streaming. I’m not linking to the video because it’s basically a snuff film, but I’m sure it’s not hard to find.

I saw the vid from outside. Horrible:

"For example, it cost 126,000 frequent flyer miles for a roundtrip ticket in standard economy on American between New York and Rome between June 1 and June 8, during the high season, but only 89,500 miles from Oct. 1 to Oct. 8, during the lower-demand season."

Whereas under the previous model they just blocked you from redeeming your frequent flyer miles if they ran out of spaces and it became unprofitable. Now you can blow all the miles you want to your heart's content in a bid to spend them alongside your fellow loyal AA members.

An uncovered space where there are dinosaurs. That's a good use of space for an airport on a tropical island. I reckon it's okay to not put moving sidewalks and a train then.

Fair enough if he didn’t get a G&T

That looks like business class in domestic. Reckon he'd get a beefeater and some sugar laden Schweppes or Canada Dry tonic.
