[Arresting officer]Salter's wife, Amanda, thinks her husband is being treated unfairly. Back in 2009, he was reprimanded for not ticketing former Gov. Mark Sanford's driver. Since then, she said, he's been known to ticket high-ranking officials and even other law enforcement.
"He doesn't play the good ole boy system the way they see it, which is the philosophy of the Highway Patrol and the DPS. It's the good old boy system: 'you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours.' And (Salter's) always been known for being tough, for standing by the law, obeying the law, as it's written, equally," said Amanda Salter.

http://photographyisnotacrime.com/2...ng-dog-attacking-man-recording-womans-arrest/A New Jersey man who video recorded a mob of cops beating a woman on the Fourth of July was attacked and beaten himself by those same cops, only for another citizen to video record that arrest.

...Before Queen was rounded up, he was standing on the corner near Kirkbride Avenue 10 to 15 feet away from the officers filming on his phone the alleged assault of the woman when one of the cops told him he was interfering with an investigation.
“I told them I’m not interfering with anything,” he said Monday. “I’m just videotaping y’all beating up this girl, which is my right.”
...The mechanic said he was in custody for 10 hours before being released. He is charged with obstruction of justice, resisting arrest and charging an officer...Queen claims the authorities confiscated his phone and erased the video of police beating up the woman before giving him back the device.
But he is still trying to retrieve that video from his phone,
Queen says he will “most definitely” sue police for their use of excessive force.
“I got beat up because I videotaped them doing wrong,” Queen said Monday. “If cops were doing their job the right way, they shouldn’t have been concerned about me videotaping it. It’s just ridiculous what they do to us out here.”
"The authorities in Prince William County, Virginia, are pursuing child pornography charges against a 17 year old who exchanged nude picture texts with his 15-year-old girlfriend. The police have even filed a warrant that would permit them to take the teen to the hospital, give him an erection-producing injection, and photograph his penis. Prosecutors want to compare this photograph to the one the teen sent to his girlfriend, establishing that they depict the same thing."
In order to convict a boy of child pornography they have to create child pornography.
Free mp3 download! That is a very catchy tune.
Why is it necessary to subdue a loudmouth in the first place? In the video he said he broke up a fight. There are plenty of cases of malicious, abusive and evil intent. This one looks like nicompoopery. They want to safely subdue a loudmouth, but their unskilled, poorly trained little crania can't quite get it right. It's Lennie petting the rabbits too hard, sometimes.
But yes, some are jack-booted thugs on absolute power trips.
