I was definitely thinking English vasectomy. I was thinking trad given their whole thing with sacks, but in the end I think my testes deserve more.

They're really taking you to the cleaners over on SF Noodles. And to be honest, you're not helping matters much. You need to give a point by point rebuttal of all their shit. Otherwise, you're never going to be able to dig yourself out of this hole and are pretty much going to be done over there. Everyone who's posted in that thread is either an NMWA apologist or, Ter, which is equally as damning.
 
It sucks that they won't admit they messed up on their side and blame you for not measuring the suit...

Sometimes for well made suits the differences between sizes are much harder to notice... Especially the ones with good Italian sleeves because the silhouettes are not compromised dramatically

I'm sure everyone will now measure their suits before altering them now thanks to the very expensive lesson you learned Noodles.

Make no mistake, it absolutely is his fault for not trying it on ahead of time before sending it to the tailor. I don't think anyone is disputing that. Whether this makes him the lying, neurotic, worthless piece of shit they're painting him to be is a different story.
 
Take advantage of the thread action before it dies down by promoting your suit sale Noodles, surely Fok won't fine you for mentioning it to get past this dead horse.
 
NMWA sheep on SF are just tearing me apart. I don't know how much clearer I can make it to them. I am partly to blame. But they're glossing over the fact that Formosa bombed.
 
The best way to shut up DWW is to ask about ToJ. Anyways, like I said, trying to work something out with Greg will be best for your wallet. Going scorched earth is only for when you've got nothing left to lose. Offer to delete the thread and all comments in exchange for a partial refund. $250-300 sounds about nice. Sell the suit for $500 below cost (with detailed measurements), and you're only taking a $250 hit. Could be worse.

Quite a bit in fact. I'm still unsure on quite a few of the details.

For example, is it a 40 with wrong measurements or a 38 mislabeled as a 40?

Also, why did Greg say you emailed him saying you couldn't pay?
 
Not to mention this really isn't a review. We have no pics of the jacket, the measurements, the tag, the fit, the fits of your other jackets, and so on.
 
Dude it doesn't seem like you are seeing it from anyone's perspectives but from your own. And right now you look like someone who bought a way too expensive suit and made the way too expensive mistake of getting it butchered before even trying it on, and are throwing a multi-browser hissy fit about it.

I agree that as it stands, currently the blame is at 50/50, but it would've been 100% NMWA's if you just spent the 30 seconds to try on the jacket. And now both parties are humiliating themselves by airing out dirty laundry publicly.

Maybe nobody is to blame, but you guys can certainly both be behaving more appropriately.This is truly a broken record, as I'm just repeating what at least 10 other people have said to you on the thread.

Out of interest, what kind of quality are Formosa suits? I only wonder because they want a lot of cake for an off the peg zhoot.

Are they typical scam, unsleeves not rotated with old tyres fussing in the lapel, and polyester lining claimed as finest thirst? Is Formosa tacky scamming tourist charge 2000 euro for unsuit that true worth on Napoli 500 euro? Profanation that youngest Kiton apprentice could make on first day?
