The Trump Presidency, Part Deux

Is he just going to keep having kids until one of them actually likes him?

That's just initial no? I mean I still remember George W Bush in the 30s at the end of his second term.

First cabinet meeting of Trump's new administration:

"Is it your view of your authority that you have the power to call up any one of or all of the people seated at this table and issue orders that they're bound to follow?

Oh, yeah. They'll follow the orders. Yes, they will. No exceptions. No exceptions. Well, let's see, let me think. Oh, yeah. Yeah. She'll have an exception. [laughter] Of course. No exceptions. You know that."

"You have heard anything about members of the Cabinet who weren't happy with the way things were going. And if so, what are you doing to address those? Any dissatisfaction?

Well, let the Cabinet speak just for a second. Yeah. Very unhappy to say it. If you are, we'll throw them out of here. Anybody unhappy?"

Starmer: You mentioned Canada, I think you’re trying to find a divide that doesn’t exist.

Trump: That’s enough.

Yet dumbass Canada is participating in joint manoeuvres with the US in Greenland right now. Why? It helps nothing. Our SIGINT is shite too, right? Boot us out of the Five Eyes.

Do ya think The King is going to have a word with Trump since he is the (figure)head of state? I hope not because that will be seen and used as proof of weakness. Tariffs? They will end when Americans feel the pain and complain. They will end when profit margins shrink. Or when alternative markets are found and utilized. Tell me again why we sell LNG at discount and pipeline it to your ports so you can export it?

But sadly, the stupidity is on both sides of the border, which has brought the CANZUK discussion back to the MSM.

I didn't watch it today (but strangely I watched Macron). But I believe it is:

"For the Prime Minister.. did you discuss, with President Trump, his repeated statements of desire to annex Canada, and has the King expressed any concern over the President’s apparent desire to remove one of his realms from his control"

.. Then cue Starmer.

I guess British journos forgot how it works. If the King is the head of state, the PM of that realm can have an audience with him. It's not like there is a Chief PM (aka Britain) and some sub/deputy PMs and the King is above the British PM. We don't need to channel through Starmer.

That said no one in the EU nor the Brits are bothering to help us so it's every man for himself. Throwing Mexico under the bus (at least in the province that I live in) was supremely stupid. As one federal party candidate said we should be on the first plane to Mexico to organise a joint retaliation because any economic reconfiguration of import/export will take years if not decades so no magical treaty with BRICS, EU, shit hole countries in Africa or whatever bloc will save us from a prolonged trade war with the States.

Anyway the King is on orders to fly under the radar. I don't remember the link but a recent event where the King (or maybe Prince William?) was asked to review on some humanitarian hospital stuff for Ukrainians he made a polite and short thanks instead of all the usual bravado that we stand with Ukraine and defence of liberty and democracy.

Well, The King invited Trump over for a visit.

Well, The King invited Trump over for a visit.

It was known in the first term he's interested in posh white tie events hosted by the royal family. It was the only card Starmer could play.

I spent too much time listening to British news for the past weeks and they were moaning they were no longer the first visitor to the White House for the new President. Is the special relationship no longer special? Will they be lumped together with the EU as targets for tariffs? They weren't sure whether Starmer had in his repertoire the same flattery and Gallic charm that Macron had. They dissected the Macron visit down to handshakes and the hand on Trump's back. You could see from 1,000,000 km away that the royal invitation was the only card that the British could play that the French and others couldn't.

Hopefully Prince William shows up because the President seems to like him. Maybe keep the Princess of Wales on the Prince's side of the photograph so he doesn't inadvertently grab her by the pussy.

Hopefully, the life expectancy of orange cunts are short. Trump and Vance are being assholes to Zelenskyy today. The true America is on display today.

While there is no smoking gun evidence to show Trump works for Moscow, I’m hard pressed to think of anything I would order him to do differently if I were his Russian handler. In many ways, it’s a more stunning betrayal if he really is doing this all of his own free will and without coercion.

Haltbakk Bunkers, a major Norwegian marine fuel company, has reportedly announced it will stop refueling U.S. Navy vessels following recent events at the White House.

The company has also urged other European firms to deny service to American military forces.

This decision has already caused operational disruptions, such as a Virginia-class submarine being unable to refuel in Norway and forced to turn back.

That may be true. It is the biggest ponzi scheme of all time though.
pretty much every government pension funding system is and most are facing funding shortfalls because of aging populations.

We will stop federal funding for colleges and schools that allow "illegal" protests.

Instigators will be imprisoned or permanently returned to the country they came from.

Foreign policy. So much winning.

Three in 10 Australians (31%) think Donald Trump is the greatest threat to world peace, more than chose Vladimir Putin (27%) or Xi Jinping (27%).

On the other hand, Australians who reside in the States think Donald Trump is............
